My Christmas present to myself this year… LASEK surgery. I’m a little sad my first Christmas in Seoul was spent at home sleeping and avoiding light, but in the long run, I’m sure I’ll be happy with this decision.
This pics from Friday, the day right after the surgery, when I had to go back to Dream Eye Center to get my eyes checked. My CT said it looked like she was escorting a criminal. ᄏᄏᄏᄏᄏ
I felt like a criminal too, in the pic it looks really bright in my house, but actually for the past 3 days, I’ve been living in the dark. I didn’t let in any sunlight, and even the lamp on my desk was usually turned off because it hurt to have it on. I would just sit in the dark eating, listening to music/audio books, and talking on the phone.
It’s day 4, my eyes have gotten a lot less sensitive. At least to light, I don’t know about sunlight, I’ll find out soon, because I need to go back to DEC today to get my bandage lens taken out. My vision is still kind of blurry, especially when things are close, so trying to read is pretty hard. My computer and cells font size is 200% larger than normal lol.
